PE week 5

Hey Fit Kids! 
I hope you enjoyed last weeks' episode.  That was a fun day!
This week we will focus on our flexibility with some stretching exercises and some yoga. For this class, we will be meeting in the fellowship hall.
If you have a mat from last year, please bring it.  And of course, your water bottle!
